There is a software issue within the data download process when opening the file in Microsoft Excel.

When you open the download file in Microsoft Excel you may receive the warning message: “The file format and extension of ‘Data Download.xls’ don’t match. The file could be corrupted or unsafe. Unless you trust its source, don’t open it. Do you want to open it anyway?” It is safe to disregard this warning and you may click the “Yes” button to securely open the file.

Once the file is opened select “File- Save As” and then save it as a Microsoft Excel Workbook file-type (*.xlsx) and not as the default Web Page (*html) file-type.
