SOR Treatment Evaluation Dashboard Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: I’m having trouble registering or logging in, what do I do?

Note: If you want to view overall/statewide SUD treatment data, you do not need to register an account. Simply click on “Overall Summary” and select from the various filters and years to view.

In order to register and view your treatment agency’s data, click on “Register” in the top right corner of the page and fill in the required fields. Once the account information is submitted, the Site Administrator will screen your application. Once authorized, you will receive notification that you have access to the site.

If you are having difficulty creating an account associated with your treatment agency, or logging in more generally, please contact Keith Eldridge at Keith.Eldridge@mimh.edu.

Q: Why am I unable to click on the “Agency Specific” tab?

Only users who have registered an account for their specific treatment agency are able to sign in and utilize this feature. (If you do not work for a SOR-funded treatment agency or for the Missouri Department of Mental Health, you will not be able to view agency-specific data.) See above for instructions on how to register.

Q: What’s going on with the data for Certified Community Behavioral Health Organizations (CCBHOs)?

At this time, the claims data that we receive for CCBHOs varies by agency and services – and thus is unreliable. Most CCBHO data is excluded for this reason. We hope to have more complete access to CCBHO data at some point in the near future. For further questions or concerns, please contact Brittany Blanchard at Brittany.Blanchard@mimh.edu.

Q: The page does not seem to be loading properly and/or why are graphs appearing blank?

If it appears that a page is not loading, be sure to refresh your web page or to go back to the home page and try again.

If you are logged into your specific treatment agency’s account and are not seeing graphs/data listed under a specific section (e.g., there is no data under “Transportation Support”), that signifies that there are no billable services for that section within the selected timeframe.

Q: Why does information on the Treatment and Med First page of www.noMOdeaths.org and the Dashboard differ regarding the number of clients served?

The numbers represented on the dashboard are a subset of individuals served within the STR/SOR program. Certain exclusion criteria ensure that an accurate comparison can be made between SOR and Non-SOR clients by utilizing similar populations. The client populations represented on the dashboard consist of individuals who are uninsured (no clients with private insurance, Medicaid, or cash pay) and have a diagnosis of Opioid Use Disorder. There is also limited inclusion of individuals who had late transfers into or early transfers out of STR/SOR services.
